Bosch BPT-S Solar Inverter faults and operational manual
Bosch entered the solar market with the manufacture of premium solar panels. In 2013 they stopped manufacturing solar panels and entered the solar market again with their Bosch BPT-S string inverters. There were flaws in these inverters as they were not as efficient for Australian conditions as they were for European conditions. In January 2016, Bosch discontinued their manufacture. These inverters came with the standard 5 year warranty. Warranty claims are being honoured by Bosch.
If you experience an issue on a Bosch Solar Inverter, the manual shutdown procedure is useful in fixing some errors. There are also other faults that require other procedures.

If you need more information, the full details are available in the Bosch Solar Inverter manual’s Troubleshooting section. Check if your Bosch Solar Inverter is still within the warranty period so you can contact the equipment installer or supplier for repair if the error continues. If your inverter is outside the warranty period we suggest that you contact a professional solar power expert. If you’re in the Gold Coast or Brisbane area, contact Gold Coast Power Solutions and we will be in touch to provide you with further assistance.
