Zeversolar Error Code 35
Is the red fault light on your Zeversolar solar inverter lit and the inverter screen showing a message that reads Error Code 35? If so your solar power system isn’t working, luckily you’ve come to the right place to do something about it!
After seeing the “Error Code 35” error message you will see the readout change to “PAC = 0.0W”, this is telling you that the inverter isn’t outputting any power at all – 0W.
Zeversolar Error Code 35 – What does it mean?
The error code 35 on Zeversolar inverters is telling you that the inverter is not detecting any power from the electricity grid. As the Zeversolar inverter is whats called a “grid tied” inverter it requires a constant steady connection to the electricity grid to function. Without this connection to the grid, whether because of a switch is turned off somewhere or a there is power failure in the street the inverter will shutdown, display the Error Code 35 and wait for the grid to come back online.
Zeversolar Error Code 35 – What to do
If you are having this issue with your Zeversolar inverter the first thing we recommend you do is check all the AC connections to your solar inverter as follows:
- Check the cables going into your inverter are securely plugged into the inverter.
- The inverter AC isolator should be ON (if present this will be a switch beside the inverter).
- The solar supply main switch on your switchboard should be ON.
- Check that you don’t have a black out. Are your other appliances working?
If one of these switches is OFF please turn it back ON. If this was the fault then the system should start operating again within a few minutes. If you have checked your other appliances and you are experiencing a black out when the power comes back on the Zeversolar inverter should automatically restart as normal.
If you’ve tried all the above and are still having an issue we recommend you should call a local solar accredited electrician for professional help with your system. They will be able to determine whether the problem is with your inverter or the grid and help you with any further steps to rectify the fault from there.
