Installation Day FAQ's
Everyone has a few questions so here are the most common.
Yes. You need to sign off on the installation to receive your QLD Solar Rebate. This however is done at the end of the installation.
Yes. We will need your home WiFi details to connect your system to the internet if you want online solar monitoring.
Yes.. in most cases. If you have an old energy meter you will need to wait until this has been changed by your power company before you can turn your solar system on. This is normally done after a few days.
Yes. Depending on the switchboard work required usually the power will need to be turned off for 1 to 2 hours. We will ensure you are given plenty of notice before it’s turned off.
