I’ m a electrican / technician. and Wondering wear the RS-232 programing software from. as have an ETN2000 nverter that is working fine. except no longer Counting the Eac And only shows 02kWH for Eac. But is still reading and shows the correct EToday. need to clear the stored data. as the counter. is not meat to read over a certain amount. won’t auto roll over back to Zero. When reaches 19,999kWH
